If you prefer to call the concert information line at 801-994-4663, please leave the following information on our voicemail box:

• Your name
• The spelling of your last name
• The number of passes you need (limit of four)
• The date of the concert you would like to attend (November or December performances only)
• Phone number where you can be reached to confirm your request 

If you have made a qualifying donation to The Madeleine Choir School for reserved seating passes, your options are as follows:

• Fill out the a seating request form (recommended)
• Call the concert information line as detailed above (please specify that you are requesting reserved seating passes)

 Important notes to all:

• All seating passes can be picked up on the evening of the performance at Will Call in the vestibule next to the elevator unless otherwise obtained.  
• Passes cannot be mailed. 
• Passes are no longer available via email or fax.
