Friday, February 24 was the Diocesan Science Fair and along with help from Mr. Lambert, our students did very well. 1st Place in the 8th Grade Astronomy category was Megan Wolfe, whose project was “Can the Moon be used to tell time?” 1st Place in the 8th Grade Biology category was “Does light affect the rate at which food spoils?”, presented by Theyoung Puoy. Seth Brown won 1st Place in the 7th Grade Earth category with “Does size really matter? (bark beetle)”. “Affording the Sun” was the 1st Place winner in the 7th Grade Engineering category, presented by Trent Niederee.
